At Ectron Online (Ectron LLC), we partner with trusted global logistics providers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. We work with a network of global fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be in its original packaging
Be in the same condition as received
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund.

3. Required Verification for Return Requests

All return requests must include clear photos and a short video showing:

The item itself
The size label and product tag
The overall condition of the product

Return requests submitted without sufficient visual verification may not be processed.

This verification ensures that:

The correct item is being returned
The product matches the original order
The item remains unused and eligible

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All return shipping fees, including prepaid labels issued by us, will be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Returns sent with cash-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid customs charges will not be accepted.


5. Final Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale, promotional pricing, clearance, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

This applies to all discounted products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Items sent back without prior authorization or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted and may not be eligible for refund.

7. Inspection & Refund Approval

Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days
Additional processing time may be required by financial institutions

If the item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo and video evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Failure to report such issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

9. Reasons for Returns

Customers may request a return for the following reasons:

Item does not fit / sizing issue
Product defective or damaged
Product not as described / looks different than image
Wrong item received
Arrived too late (applies only if delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe significantly and is not caused by customs delays, incorrect address provided by the customer, carrier issues, or force majeure circumstances)
Changed mind / no longer want
Other valid reasons subject to approval

All return requests remain subject to eligibility requirements and inspection approval.

10. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods
Personal care items
Customized or personalized products
Hazardous materials
Opened fragrances unless unopened and sealed

11. Centralized Return Processing

All approved returns must be sent to our designated central return facility.

For quality control, inspection, and verification purposes, all returned items are processed exclusively at our central warehouse. Returns cannot be sent to local distribution centers, regional warehouses, third-party fulfillment centers, or retail locations.

The authorized return address will be provided only after return approval.

Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be accepted and may not be eligible for refund.
